Rescheduling Policy

To provide a calm, unrushed experience, we reserve each appointment exclusively for you. This policy helps us protect that time, maintain a smooth schedule, and ensure every client receives the attention they deserve.
Reserving Your Appointment
A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment. Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, late reschedule, or no-show.
Changes and Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we may offer your appointment time to another client. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee.
Late Arrivals and No-Shows
Arriving on time allows us to deliver the full experience you scheduled. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and the appointment will be considered a no-show with a $50 fee. Missed appointments are also subject to the same fee.
Unexpected Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. If an unexpected situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible. Accommodations may be made at our discretion.
