Founder and Lead Aesthetic Nurse
Eva began her career in healthcare early, building a strong foundation in patient care and clinical precision. She earned her BSN from Finger Lakes College of Nursing in New York and spent ten years in the Cath Lab at Houston Medical Center, where detail, safety, and technical excellence were essential.
Today, Eva brings that same standard into aesthetics. Her approach is thoughtful and artful, focused on natural-looking refinement, balance, and results that elevate rather than change.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys time with her husband, Juan, and their three children, Darien, Melanie, and James.

Patient Care Coordinator and Client Liaison
Lina brings a sophisticated blend of business precision and high-end service to Fresh Look by Eva. With a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and over 15 years of experience in sales and finance, she ensures the operational side of your aesthetic journey is as polished as the results.
A licensed Mortgage Broker, Lina recently relocated to Texas to be close to her sister, Eva, and support the growth of the family business. While she continues her career in the mortgage industry, she lends her expertise to our team to create a seamless, transparent, and welcoming environment for every guest.
From the moment you arrive for your appointment to your post-treatment care, Lina provides the dedicated support and clear communication that defines a luxury boutique experience.
Dr. Jeremy Drollinger, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Drollinger’s background reflects years of steady, high-level clinical experience. He began in healthcare early, working in emergency medicine with a strong focus on precision procedures. He earned degrees in Biology and Spanish Studies from Texas Lutheran University, completed medical school at St. George’s University in Grenada, and finished his pediatric residency at UTMB in Galveston.
With nearly a decade of experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center ER, he provides trusted medical oversight and a grounded presence that supports the highest standard of care.
Outside the clinic, he enjoys scuba diving, traveling, playing piano, and spending time with loved ones.
