Membership Policy
Welcome to the Fresh Look by Eva membership program! We are delighted to have you as part of our wellness and beauty community. To ensure you receive the best possible experience, we kindly ask all members to review and adhere to the following membership terms and conditions

Membership Commitment
All memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months. Early termination of your membership before fulfilling this period will result in a $300 cancellation fee. This fee helps cover administrative costs and ensures fairness to both our clients and team
No Refund Policy
Please note that all memberships are non-refundable. Once enrolled, payments are final regardless of usage or attendance. We encourage you to fully commit to your wellness journey to maximize the value of your membership.
Weekly Shot Appointments
Your membership includes weekly wellness shots designed to enhance your health and beauty goals. It is the member’s responsibility to schedule and attend these weekly appointments.
- Shots do not roll over if missed. Unused sessions within a given week are forfeited.
- We recommend booking your appointments in advance to secure your preferred time.
- Consistency is key to achieving optimal results, so please prioritize your weekly visits.
Missed Appointments
If you miss a scheduled appointment, it will be considered forfeited for that week. There are no make-up sessions or credits for missed appointments unless otherwise determined under special circumstances.


Emergency Considerations
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In the event of a genuine emergency, Fresh Look by Eva may, at its sole discretion, offer flexibility regarding missed appointments. Any considerations will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and members must notify us in advance whenever possible.
Acknowledgment of Responsibility
By enrolling in the Fresh Look by Eva membership, you agree to:
