Credit Card on File
To secure your appointment, we require a valid credit or debit card on file. This information is kept secure and confidential, and is used solely for the purpose of enforcing our cancellation and rescheduling policy. This practice allows us to efficiently manage our appointments and minimize disruptions to our schedule.
Notice Requirement
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Providing this notice enables us to offer your appointment slot to other clients who may be on our waiting list, helping us ensure that our schedule remains full and that we can accommodate as many clients as possible. This also allows us to better plan our day and optimize the availability of our services. If you cannot provide 24 hours’ notice, we will need to charge a fee to compensate for the lost opportunity.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $50 fee will be charged to your card. This fee helps cover the costs associated with managing last-minute changes and ensures that we can continue to offer high-quality service to all our clients. We understand that emergencies happen, and this policy helps us balance flexibility with the need to manage our appointments efficiently.
No-Show Policy
If you miss your appointment without any prior notification, a $50 no-show fee will be applied. This fee is necessary to cover the time and resources reserved for your appointment, which could have been allocated to another client. We encourage you to contact us if you are unable to attend so we can explore alternative arrangements and avoid unnecessary charges.
Late Arrivals
Arriving 15 minutes or more late to your appointment will be considered a no-show, and a $50 fee will be charged. Timeliness is crucial in helping us stay on schedule and ensure that all clients receive their full service time. Late arrivals may also reduce the time available for your treatment, impacting the overall quality of your experience.
Exceptions
We recognize that unforeseen circumstances and emergencies can arise. If you find yourself in such a situation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each case individually and make exceptions when warranted, showing empathy and understanding while balancing our operational needs.
